MS Pipes/Tubes

Mild Steel (MS) pipes are manufactured using low carbon (less than 0.25%) steel. Due to low carbon content the pipes do not harden and are easy to use. As MS Pipes are made from mild steel they can easily be welded and formed in various shapes and sizes for pipelining and tubing purposes. These are generally used for drinking water supply i.e. Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC but can also be used in various other Industrial and Engineering applications. These pipes are usually coated with other metals/paints/varnish etc to prevent it from rusting but extra care should be taken to prevent it under extreme conditions.

Seamless Pipes

Seamless pipes are derived from solid steel that is in sheet or bar form and is formed into a solid round shape known as “billets” which are then heated and cast over a form such as a piercing rod to create a hollow tube or shell. These kinds of pipes are known for their ability to withstand pressure more efficiently in comparison to other methods of pipe manufacturing processes, as well as being fast and cost-effective. Seamless pipes are generally used in gas lines, as well as pipes that carry liquids.Because seamless pipes are able to withstand high pressures, they are also widely used in high-pressure applications including refineries, hydraulic cylinders, hydrocarbon industries, and in Oil and Gas infrastructure.

Oil & Gas Pipes as per API

API Line Pipe is steel pipe used for the transmission of Oil, Gas and Petroleum Distillates.
Line pipes makes the pipeline and is different from casing and tubing. Line Pipes are manufactured as per specifications established by American Petroleum Institute (API). API 5L is a specification of API which defines the standard for the dimension, physical, mechanical and chemical properties of the steel. Several pipe mills around the globe manufacture the API 5L pipes for Oil and Gas industry.

MS Flanges

Flanges are commonly used to connect pipes, valves and fittings into pipework making it easier for removal and maintenance. There are many common flange standards and flanges within the same standard can either be flat or raised face.
Products Offering: LR & SR Elbows, Equal Tee, Reducing Tee, Concentric & Eccentric Reducers,Caps, Laterals, Pipe Nipples, Wyes, Welding Boss, Cross, Plugs, Weldolet, Sockolet, Nipolet
